Impart Knowledge. Liches have vast stores of arcane and historical knowledge. PCs who earn the good graces of a Lich (usually by completing a dangerous quest) may receive valuable answers to ancient mysteries, or learn unique or high-level spells.

Raise Undead. Liches are among the most powerful Necromancers. They almost always have a company of Undead under their command, and can raise armies of Undead given time and raw materials.
